Didi Conn:

This is an old article pending revision.

Didi Conn was born on July 13, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York as Edith Bernstein. She has a brother that is named Richard, who is a bass-baritone opera singer. She is married to David Shire, a music composer.

In 1977, She played Laurie Robinson in You Light Up My Life . She also played Denise on the TV Show Benson.

She has starred as Frenchy in the Grease films, which are about Danny and Sandy meeting at a beach, and later at school, where she also meets the Thunder Birds and the Pink Ladies... and also later about Michael and Stephanie.

She also starred in Shining Time Station, which is a TV Show about a train station that is managed by Stacey Jones, which is the character that Didi Conn stars as in Shining Time Station, and also airs episodes of Thomas The Tank Engine. The Shining Time Station Show ended, but more episodes of Thomas The Tank Engine were produced. In 2000, a movie was released called Thomas And The Magic Railroad, which bridged the two series of both Shining Time Station, and Thomas The Tank Engine. The movie is about a lost engine, and an evil engine trying to destroy both worlds by eliminating the magic that they use as a power source to travel between the two worlds, and to keep both of these places together. The movie was very clever and had expanded several ideas, such as people get to ride on the trains for the first time, and different voices were used. For some reason, the movie wasn't as good as some people had hoped for it to be, and Britt Allcroft, the creator of both shows and the movie, stepped down from her original position. Alec Baldwin played Mr. Conductor, and Didi Conn played Stacey Jones again.

She was also in The Jetsons.

Recently, reports have said that she participated in planning on the production of another Grease Movie.
